Submit an Objection
Submit an objection about information services to the PPID supervisor.
Use your request registration code and the same email. Submit within 30 working days after receiving the response or after its deadline expires. The supervisor responds within 30 working days of receiving the objection.
For requests made through another channel or unavailable periodic information, contact PPID to register an objection. This online form does not limit your right to use another channel.
Online intake is unavailable. Contact PPID for in-person service or alternative submission methods.
